A Kosher Mezuzah Scroll Is Made From Parchment From A Kosher Animal And Is Inscribed In Black Ink With A Special Quill Pen. The Scrolls Are Written By Specially Trained Scribes In Israel.
The Scroll Comes In A Plastic Bag. A Small 1/2" Certificate Comes With This Scroll And Indicates That This Scroll Was Double Checked By A Computer For Any Errors. As Each Scroll Is Unique And One Of A Kind In Its Writing, The Exact Size Of The Scroll Can Also Vary Slightly. The Height Of The Scrolls Range From 2 3/8" - 2 3/4" Tall And The Width Of The Scrolls Range From 2 3/8" - 3 1/4".
There Are Different Levels Of What Is Considered Kosher. This Scroll Meets All Of The Minimum Standards Of Kosher. They Are Suitable For Anyone That Is Reform, Conservative And Orthodox, They May Not Be Suited For Someone That Is Chabad Or Lubavitch. Please Note That Kosher Scrolls Are Not Returnable.
