Can I Make A Return Or An Exchange?

Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days after you receive the merchandise. If you are the purchaser, you may receive a refund to your original form of payment. If you are returning a gift that was purchased for you an exchange can be made or a store credit can be issued for future use.  You are responsible for all return shipping costs. does not provide free return shipping.

Are Tallits Returnable?

These may be returned to us only if the item is in new condition, unworn, and has the original tags or labels attached to them.

Why Do You Not Accept Returns On Kosher Scrolls?

In order to guarantee the kosher quality of our kosher scrolls to all of our customers, we cannot take back kosher scrolls, even if they are unused. If a kosher scroll is sent back for return it will be mailed back to the original purchaser via US First Class Mail.

What Costs Are Non-Refundable?

Will A Full Refund Be Given During A Free Shipping Promotion?

If items are purchased during a free shipping promotion and returned or exchanged, the refund will be reduced to cover the original standard shipping costs.

What Conditions Must Be Met To Return Or Exchange Merchandise?

For all website returns or exchanges, merchandise must be undamaged, unused, and repackaged in the original box or packaging material that it was received in. It must be returned in a resalable condition.

How Are Refunds Handled If I Received A Gift?

Refunds are issued to the original purchaser only. Recipients of gifts may either make an exchange of merchandise or may elect to receive a store credit to be used in the future.

How Should I Send My Return

Please ship your return prepaid and include a copy of your order or packing slip in the box. You should purchase or include the proper insurance and tracking for your own protection and reassurance. Traditions is not responsible for lost package returns or returns received damaged. If you have selected proper shipping insurance, these claims would be processed between you and the shipping carrier you selected.

What If My Order Was Returned To You As Undeliverable?

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of either a bad address or the recipient was unable to receive or sign for the package you will have two options.

• The package can be reshipped to a different address for a charge equal to the standard shipping charges. Additionally, any additional return shipping fees levied by the shipping company will be added to the charge.
• If your order is eligible, you may elect to not have your order resent and request a refund. Please note that the following fees will not be refunded to you: gift wrap fees, original shipping, handling, and insurance fees, and any additional fees levied by the shipping company for the return of the package.

• Pictures of the damage may be required in order to process a claim.
• Please note if the above instructions are not followed your claim may not be covered under the shipping company's insurance policy. If the shipping company denies the claim because the damaged item is missing or the original packing material and box were not available for inspection a refund cannot be processed.
