Yes, we do! TraditionsJewishGifts.com has teamed up with GlobalShopex, an International package forwarding service to make International shipping for our customers very easy to do.

How Much Does It Cost To Ship Internationally?

This all depends on the size and weight of your order and where it is shipping to. To obtain an accurate shipping quote, including your taxes and duties please follow these easy steps: Place all of the items you are interested in purchasing in our shopping cart. Once you are done shopping select the "International Checkout" option. You will then automatically be transferred to the GlobelShopex shopping cart. Once on the GlobelShopex shopping cart you will be presented with your total shipping cost and the option to prepay your taxes and duties. If you wish to proceed with your order you have the option to pay with your International credit card, PayPal, SafetyPay, Money Gram or bank wire transfer. GlobalShopex will process your payment. It really is that simple!

What Is Your International Returns Or Exchange Policy?

Our International Returns or Exchange policy is the same for both International and Domestic shipments. Detailed policy information can be reviewed here. Please note: Shipping charges, duties and taxes for International orders are not refundable. If you need to make an exchange you will be responsible for the shipping to send the items back to us and for the new item to be shipped to you, plus your Country may impose duties and taxes on the exchanged items.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Package?

Your package should be received within 15 days from the time it leaves the United States. Please be aware that it can also take anywhere from 3-15 days for your order to leave the United States. Sorry, we are not able to accommodate rush orders shipping Internationally.

Can I Track My International Order?

Yes, you can track your order here by entering your order confirmation number provided by GlobalShopex when you completed your order.

Finally, please note that extreme care is taken to provide you with an accurate International shipping quote at the time of your order. In a rare case it is possible that your package will be larger/heavier then estimated. If this does occur you would be contacted by a GlobalShopex Customer Care Agent before your order is shipped to obtain your approval of any additional shipping charges that will apply.
