    2nd time is a charm

    I received my Menorah quickly but it was damaged!! There was a screw missing from the base so it literally swung around freely instead of being tightly screwed down to its base. Also there were scratches on the pewter. Very upsetting! Luckily I ordered it in plenty of time before Chanukah started. It was a weekend but when they received my email and phone messages on Monday, they emailed me back and sent out a new one right away. This one was in great condition, brand new, no scratches, screwed on tightly, and I just love it!! Beautiful Menorah! Very happy!!
