Two of us ordered this same chai for the same person, and we're both happy with the chai; I'll save mine to gift someone else. However, the description is misleading ... neither one of us received the 16" chain that was shown with the "necklace" and assumed included in the cost of $35.95 ... was a mistake made in the shipping to two of us???
