    I was so excited to receive a vibrantly colored red and white mezuzah— yet what I received was a very washed out red color, it looks like PINK not RED. Very disappointed and would like to return it!

    Please let me know how to return this. The color is terrible and looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO!
