Shipping Policy
Since you are not here, we will get it there, so we ship everywhere! Our normal US domestic shipping method is via UPS standard (ground) delivery, Federal Express standard (ground) delivery or USPS Mail Service. Air service is also available for US domestic rush orders. Air service may be via UPS, Federal Express or USPS Mail Service.
We stock over 8000 different products. Our selection varies each week as we receive weekly shipments from our suppliers located all over the world. Items that are in-stock will usually ship within 1-3 business days. Items that are not in stock will be added to our next incoming order and will usually ship within 10-15 business days. You will be notified by e-mail of any shipping delay over 15 business days. Many times our handcrafted items will ship to you direct from the artist's studios and can take approximately 2 weeks for shipping. Please note that our website does not automatically indicate whether an item is out of stock. Please let us know if an item is needed by a certain date so we can do our best to accommodate you. Special orders, personalized orders, and custom orders will take longer. We will notify you of the approximate delivery time. Florida law requires us to add sales tax of 7% to the cost of the order on all orders shipped within the state of Florida. There is no sales tax on orders shipped out of the state of Florida.
*Please note: Each shipping address used is considered a separate order. Quantity discounts, coupons, and specials can only be applied to each individual order that qualifies for the promotion. Orders shipping to different addresses cannot be combined to qualify for a promotion unless all items ship to one address.
*Any items shipped and either refused by the recipient or returned to us non-deliverable are subject to a 25% restocking fee; shipping, handling and insurance costs are nonrefundable. All surcharges that we incur from our shipping carrier for wrong or incomplete addresses will be billed to the purchaser. Please make sure to include Company Names and Apartment Numbers to ensure prompt delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your shipping box. You can view your shipping cost once you have added your items to your shopping cart and entered your address information. All charges include shipping and insurance.

Free Shipping Policy
Free Shipping On Most Orders Over $149
The free shipping offer is for domestic standard shipping only. Free shipping cannot be used for International, APO, FPO, AK, HI & PR addresses, or air shipments. Your merchandise total for each shipping address must exceed $149.00 after any coupons or promotions are applied. Merchandise total does not include gift wrap fees or sales tax. Please Note: If your order is shipping to multiple addresses, only individual shipments that exceed $149 will receive free shipping.
What Qualifies?
While more than 6,000+ items do qualify for free shipping, there are some items that do not qualify for the free shipping offer. These items will have a note in the product's description that it does not qualify for free shipping.
Eligibility Terms
All Orders that qualify for free shipping will be consolidated and shipped all together. If an item from the order is on back order, the entire order will be held and shipped together. You may request for the in-stock items to be shipped immediately and the back ordered items shipped upon availability for a shipping charge of $9.95.

Important Information Regarding Receipt Of Damaged Merchandise
We take great care in picking, packing, and shipping your order. If you accidentally received the wrong merchandise or something is damaged please follow these steps:
• Any issues must be reported to us within 2 business days of receipt.
• Please keep all of the original packing materials and boxes.

• Pictures of the damage may be required in order to process a claim.
• Please note if the above instructions are not followed your claim may not be covered under the shipping company's insurance policy. If the shipping company denies the claim because the damaged item is missing or the original packing material and box were not available for inspection a refund cannot be processed.
